European Directories announces new CEO at Fonecta

• Patrik Sallner starts as CEO of Fonecta
• Pekka Harju continues as CEO of 020202 Palvelut

The Board of Directors of European Directories Midco S.à r.l. has announced today changes within the leadership at Fonecta Group. Patrik Sallner starts as CEO of Fonecta Oy with immediate effect. Current CEO Pekka Harju will continue in the Group as CEO of 020202 Palvelut Oy.

“First of all, on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Pekka Harju for his energy and valuable contribution steering Fonecta in these challenging times.” said Marcus Englert, Chairman of the Board of European Directories Midco S.à r.l.

“Patrik Sallner has successfully driven digitalization at OpusCapita and in his previous positions Patrik has built strong revenue growth through sales, partnerships and acquisitions. These combined with Patrik’s technology background and versatile experience as well as his capability to develop service businesses creates a strong to lead Fonecta towards a growth path.” Englert continues.
