European Directories to acquire majority shareholding in Dogado GmbH

Herold Business Data GmbH, a European Directories Group company, has today signed an agreement to acquire a 51% interest in Dogado GmbH, Dortmund, Germany.

Dogado is a web hosting service provider offering cloud based solutions to SME customers in Germany.
