DTG Holding B.V., a European Directories Group company, disposed shareholding in Suurland Outdoor B.V., a Out of Home media company in the Netherlands, to SOOOH Venture.

The divestment comprises the entire share capital of Suurland Outdoor B.V. The divestment is estimated to result in minor capital gain.
