European Lingerie Group AB announces approval of annual report 2019

On 20 July 2020 European Lingerie Group AB (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries from time to time, the “Group”) announced that the expected date of delivery of its annual audited financial statements for the year 2019 would be 17 August 2020.

The Group hereby announces that on 17 August 2020 it has duly approved and signed its annual audited financial statements for the year 2019 and those will be published on the Group’s website no later than on 27 August 2020.
