European Lingerie Group AB announces delay in delivery of annual report 2020
European Lingerie Group AB (the "Company") announces that it will have to delay the delivery of its annual audited financial statements for the year 2020.
Due to the Company’s restructuring process whereby closing of the restructuring transaction occurred on June 29th, the Company is not able to deliver its annual audited financial statements for the year 2020 on 30 June 2021 as previously communicated in the reporting calendar. After the closing of the transaction the Company’s auditors will now be able to complete their procedures and will proceed to auditors report issuance.
The Company's publication of its annual audited financial statements for the year 2020 is planned by 20 July 2021.
