European Lingerie Group announces delay in delivery of annual report 2019

European Lingerie Group AB (the "Company") announces that it will have to delay the delivery of its annual audited financial statements for the year 2019.

The Company will not be able to deliver its annual audited financial statements for the year 2019 on or prior to 30 April 2020 as previously communicated in its reporting calendar due to uncertainty related to Covid-19 situation and its impact on the financial position of the Company.

The Company's annual audited financial statements for the year 2019 are expected to be published on 15 June 2020.
