Acting Managing Director appointed in Europolitan

PRESS RELEASE, Karlskrona 28 February, 2000 Acting Managing Director appointed in Europolitan Bo Karlsson, today Site Manager for Europolitan in Karlskrona and Manager for Quality and Security, has been appointed acting Managing Director for Europolitan Holdings AB. As earlier announced Tomas Isaksson will leave Europolitan to become President of Vodafone AirTouch´s Global Platform and Internet Services. The transfer takes place by March 1, 2000. Bo Karlsson has been appointed acting Managing Director from March 1, 2000 until a new Managing Director is in place. He will continue as Site Manager for Europolitan's operational center in Karlskrona and as Manager for Quality and Security. A process for recruiting a new Managing Director is ongoing. During the interim period, Ulf J. Johansson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, will also act as Chief Executive with special responsibility for Strategy and Business Development.
