Send a reminder to yourself about key dates such as birthdays, or study your call costs for the last three months. These are just a few of the possibilities available to you with Europolitan's new web site, Hantera. At Hantera, Europolitan customers can shape and adapt their subscriptions and services to their own requirements. "With Hantera, we have created an easy-to-tailor platform for both existing and future services", says Magnus Hoffner, Head of Internet Product Development. "Our customers' requirements are constantly changing, from week to week and from day to day. With Hantera we have taken yet another step towards individually tailored services where users can adapt their subscriptions to their changing requirements." Hantera can be visited at http://hantera.europolitan.se. It contains a basic range of services that can then be developed and expanded as required by the customer. Hantera consists of three parts; Mitt abonnemang (My subscription), Mina tjänster (My services) and Min mobil (My mobile). Under My subscription, customers have access to specifications of all their calls. In time they will also be able to add services to their subscriptions and change their invoicing period. My services contains all Europolitan's information services. You can for example use it to register for a subscription to the latest domestic and international news or current stock market prices. The information is sent directly to your mobile phone via SMS at the times or on the days you request. You can also reach the information via a WAP-telephone. My services also incorporates an SMS sender and an SMS calendar, which sends reminders to your mobile phone. You also have access to EuroVoice Pro, Europolitan's new service for Unified Messaging. This service, which is included in Europolitan Multi, enables all faxes, e-mails and voice messages to be collected in your personal mailbox at Hantera. Under My mobile, you can download pictures or draw your own. These can then be used in a telephone adjusted to pictures. These pictures make it quick and easy for you to see who is calling you. "The launch of Hantera marks the start of a new range of services focusing primarily on personal tailoring. Our customers use Hantera to tailor their subscriptions to their own requirements," says Mikael Kluge, Vice President Marketing at Europolitan. Hantera is available to all Europolitan subscribers.
