Europolitan Vodafone - the first international mobile operator in the Swedish market Europolitan is today changing its brand name to Europolitan Vodafone. The new name will highlight Europolitan's participation in Vodafone Group, the world's largest mobile telephony consortium. Collaboration within the Vodafone group will provide customers with an even wider range of services including international coverage. "The world of business is becoming increasingly international and our customers therefore require services that work regardless of the country they presently are in. Our new brand symbolises the advantages of belonging to the global Vodafone group, providing us with the strength to consolidate our leading position within the Swedish market," says Jon Risfelt, CEO of Europolitan Vodafone. The changed brand also signifies that Europolitan Vodafone will be working even harder in its endeavour to secure customer satisfaction, provide excellent service and offer superior quality in services and networks. The collaboration with the Vodafone group will for example also broaden into areas including product development for services with international coverage.
