Jon Risfelt new CEO of Europolitan

Karlskrona 21 March 2000 Jon Risfelt new CEO of Europolitan The board of Europolitan Holdings AB has appointed Jon Risfelt as new President and CEO effective August 1, 2000. Jon Risfelt is 39 years old, has a MSc from the Royal Institute of Technology and is currently CEO of Nyman & Schultz AB, a Scandinavian travel service company within the American Express group. During his ten year career within American Express Jon has been head of its European IT- Production - and Business Development and most recently head of its Nordic region in parallel to the position as CEO of Nyman & Schultz AB. Before joining American Express, Jon spent five years with Ericsson in various management positions within its IT -and Manufacturing units. "Jon has an extensive experience as a leader in the information and service industries and will become an asset for Europolitan when services and content is becoming an increasingly more valuable part in our customer offerings", says Ulf J. Johansson, the founder and chairman of Europolitan. Europolitan Holdings AB, quoted on Stockholm Stock Exchange, is the parent company of the Europolitan group.
