PRESS RELEASE, Karlskrona 15 February 1999 Europolitan signs news relay service agreement with TT News straight from the Swedish News Agency (TT) to your mobile telephone Europolitan subscribers will soon be able to receive TT's news over their mobile telephones. Europolitan and TT have just signed an agreement concerning a mobile news relay service using information solutions such as SMS and WAP. The agreement will allow all Europolitan subscribers to access a selection of TT news via their mobile telephones. The basic package will include access to domestic, foreign, financial, political and sports news via SMS and WAP, but the range is due to be expanded. News updates will also be sent at night and at weekends, as well as whenever particularly newsworthy events occur. This means that Europolitan's customers will always be up- to-date on the latest breaking news - all with the help of a mobile telephone. This collaboration with TT takes Europolitan one step closer towards being able to offer its customers full mobility. "The agreement between TT and Europolitan will allow us to provide a highly comprehensive news monitoring service to our customers via their mobile telephones. TT is an excellent news supplier with extensive monitoring capabilities in Sweden and worldwide.
