Tomas Isaksson is appointed to lead Vodafone AirTouch's Global Platform and Internet Services Europolitan's President and CEO Tomas Isaksson will leave the company to become President of Global Platform and Internet Services for Vodafone AirTouch Plc. He will be based in San Francisco in the USA. Vodafone AirTouch's significant commitment in building a global platform for mobile data and internet services including a portal business targeting all their mobile customers was presented last week in London. "Tomas Isaksson's experience from having led Europolitan to a position as one of the most advanced mobile telecom operators in the world is a perfect background for his new job", says Ulf Johansson, Founder and Chairman of Europolitan.
