Data loss discovery and intelligence solutions deliver high return on investment

New York, NY – January 24, 2012 – InDorse, the leading provider of data loss discovery and intelligence solutions, has announced that fourth quarter 2011 revenues exceeded the combined total of the prior three quarters of 2011. In addition, the company’s full-year 2011 revenues outpaced full-year 2010 revenues by over 400%.

As a privately-held, venture-backed information security software firm, InDorse does not release specific revenue figures. However, InDorse executives publicly stated that 2011 marked a significant turning point in gaining market traction. “Fourth quarter 2011 revenues represented an important achievement not only in terms of the numbers but also because they reflected a healthy split between new accounts and existing customers who came back to sign bigger deals, including continued new business from Microsoft,” said Rob Marano, President and CEO of InDorse. “Moreover, our pipeline for 2012 is very healthy and fueled in large part by customer referrals, indicating the high return on investment delivered by our solutions.”

The InDorse product suite includes Call-Home™ for tracking file opens anywhere on the Internet and InDorse Watermark™ for applying robust, invisible watermarks to documents to prove ownership.

During 2011, InDorse released two new products, LiveInDorse™ and InDorse Web Crawler™. The company also released version 4.2 of Call-Home, its flagship product, as well as the server edition of InDorse Watermark. Plug-ins are planned this year for Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce, as well as additional capabilities for InDorse Watermark and Call-Home.
