Hundreds of projects in 2013 and cutting edge projects to come in 2014

In 2013, Eventstar worked on hundreds of projects to create millions of porary space for multiple years. Some structures, such as Ericsson’s Nest Forum, are strong enough to withstand hurricane force winds. The conference space was a customized pop-up hexagonal building made of steel and aluminum that stood forty feet tall. Other impressive 2013 projects consisted of New York’s Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. Eventstar was responsible for the architectural and engineering design of the semi-permanent building that is now the home of NASA’s Enterprise Space Shuttle. The shuttle sits on a retired aircraft carrier and is resistant to strong winds and New York’s blistery winter weather.
Eventstar Structures is also responsible for creating modular stadium tented seating for up to 3,000 guests at the Kentucky Derby. The customized temporary structure has several unique and complex features in order to achieve the adequate sight lines required for the event. The structure was built on 23-foot reinforced columns with an interior reinforced steel mezzanine. The tiered stadium seating acts as a viewing deck above and a place to house the restrooms and betting lines below.
Eventstar’s structures can be climate controlled with a full line of interior amenities. The company also offers on-site temporary power, mobile restrooms and portable hospitality skyboxes.
