Correction: Incorrect MAR classification in previous press release “Everysport Group AB (publ.) Nomination Committee appointed”

Correction: The press release Everysport Group AB (publ) distributed at 16.37 today, 12 December 2022, "Everysport Group AB (publ.) Nomination Committee appointed", contained an incorrect MAR classification. Other information provided in the press release has been correctly provided. A corrected press release follows below.

In accordance with previous decisions at the Annual General Meeting, the company's Chairman of the Board has convened a Nomination Committee to prepare proposals for the company's Annual General Meeting 2023.

The Nomination Committee consists of Michael Hansen, as Chairman of the Board of Everysport Media Group AB (publ.), Johan Ejermark and Hannes Andersson as representatives of the two largest ownership groups / shareholders as voting members have the largest share in Everysport Group AB (publ.).

The Nomination Committee's task is to draft proposal for the Board of Directors, etc. to be presented for resolution at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
