Everysport Group AB (publ) Nomination Committee appointed

In accordance with previous decisions at the Annual General Meeting, the company's Chairman of the Board has convened a Nomination Committee to prepare proposals for the company's Annual General Meeting 2024.

The Nomination Committee consists of Mikael Hansen, Chairman of the Board of Everysport Group and Johan Ejermark and Hannes Andersson in their capacity as representatives of the two largest ownership groups/shareholders with the largest shareholdings in the Company in terms of votes. Corem Property Group AB has declined to participate in the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee's task is to draft a proposal for the Board of Directors, etc. to be presented for resolution at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
