Everysport Media Group AB (publ.) (ESMG) announces today that the acquisition of 50% of the shares in Klövern Padel AB (Klövern Padel) has been completed.
By March 25th 2021, Everysport Media Group (publ.) announced that an agreement had been signed for the acquisition of 50% of the shares in Klövern Padel with effect from April 1st, 2021.
