Everysport Media Group AB (publ.) Nomination Committee appointed

In accordance with a resolution at the Annual General Meeting 2020, the company's Chairman of the Board convenes a Nomination Committee to draft proposals for the Company's Annual General Meeting 2021.

The Nomination Committee consists of Paul Fischbein, as Chairman of the Board of Everysport Media Group AB (publ.), Johan Ejermark and Michael Hansen as representatives of the two largest ownership groups / shareholders as voting members have the largest shareholding in Everysport Media Group AB (publ.).

The Nomination Committee's task is to draft proposal for the Board of Directors, etc. to be presented for resolution at the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
