Inspirational team to open impressive luxury living concept store

In the past decade, due partly to the economic climate, there have been few major new concept store openings on the UK’s High Street. That is all about to change…

British based, evitavonni, has taken the past, a vacated, redundant Woolworths store and catapaulted the listed building into the future, with a multi million pound makeover to create a veritable haven of contemporary retail opulence. The gigantuan 24,000 square feet of space will showcase an extensive range of internationally renowned brands coupled with evitavonni's bespoke and expertly crafted products through inspirational room sets created by its’ specialist design and installation teams.

Situated in the chic country town of Farnham, Surrey, just one hour’s drive from London, client’s will be greeted on arrival by a symphony of scents with the launch of evitavonni flowers and adjacent sensory ‘store within store’ concepts. evitavonni flowers has been opened to provide contemporary and distinctive displays to complement the in-store experience.

On entering the main retail space the customer will be mesmerised by the depth and wealth of ‘must have’ extravagances from stunning Baccarat crystal vases and stemware to fine stationery and glamorous book selections, packaged in small antique leather cases, as well as the complete collection of luxurious evitavonni home accessories.

As clients navigate further into the store they will encounter an impressive glass and marble staircase which rises up through three storeys. With each floor dedicated to ‘six star’ living, room sets not only highlight evitavonni’s commitment to ‘attention to detail’ but will also demonstrate the products functionality as client’s will be able to trial ‘plumbed’ taps and showerheads in the bathrooms as well as view cooking demonstrations in the kitchens and lounge on sofas in the living rooms.

The final phase of this incredible refurbishment project will launch in early Spring 2012 with a third floor boasting a champagne bar and decked roof terrace. This stunning space, which will boast enviable views across the Georgian roof tops of Farnham, will demonstrate the company’s exterior design abilities with a magnificent roof garden featuring evitavonni’s innovative outdoor furniture.

Kate Williams and Michel Erwich, Design and Managing Directors respectively, for evitavonni, comment: "Since we opened our Chobham based showroom in 2007, the evitavonni name has become synonymous with a luxury lifestyle offer. Over the past four years we have been busy developing the brand with a collection of unique evitavonni branded products as well as designing homes and gardens for clients across the whole of the UK. The business has gone from strength to strength, so we now find ourselves in the fortunate position where we have been able to rapidly expand and relocate our original store. Our new Farnham Style Emporium will take the evitavonni concept to the next level providing a truly luxury living, experiential, retail environment. We are, of course, also delighted to have been able to bring back to life such a prestigious and well-loved building on the Farnham High Street in such a magnificent style."
