Evolution Fuels Announces to Enter a Letter Of Intent to Acquire Strong Captain Co. Ltd.

DALLAS TX , June 26, 2012- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (OTC: EVFN) today announced that it signed a Letter of Intent on June 22, 2012 to acquire certain of the assets of Strong Captain Co. Ltd., a company providing GPS automobile security monitoring system company (“Strong Captain”), including its intellectual property, website, customer base and software. The financial terms of the proposed acquisition have not yet been determined. As part of the Letter of Intent and to allow Evolution Fuels to perform its due diligence, Strong Captain agreed to a 90-day “no-shop” period. About Evolution
