EVRY has divested its D365 Microsoft Dynamics unit in Finland to eCraft

Report this content

The Finnish IT consultancy firm eCraft has acquired EVRY Finland’s D365 Microsoft Dynamics business unit.

The background for divesting this unit in Finland, which was effective 31 December 2018, is that EVRY assess that the business unit has a better potential for positive development in the new entity, due to the current subscale activities. eCrafts additional offerings combined with their position in the Finnish market, will make the unit more competitive for deliveries according to market requirements. All the 40 employees in the unit have been offered new jobs at eCraft.

EVRY in Finland (previously known as Jydacom Oy) will continue to grow and invest within Construction industries with EVRY’s core services, and is therefore satisfied that the D365 Microsoft Dynamics unit has found the best possible home in eCraft.

EVRY Financial Services will also continue to expand its presence in Finland, where the recently announced agreement with Handelsbanken Finland is a proof point of this strategy.
