Mr. Piper has been a Latin America Portfolio Manager for over 15 years. Prior to joining Itaú, he spent the 8 years with Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he was a member of the Emerging Markets Group and co-Portfolio Manager overseeing USD 4 billion in assets invested in Latin America. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Piper’s responsibilities included managing one of Canada’s longest running and best performing Latin America funds.
