Exel Composites Plc’s Annual Financial Report and a separate Corporate Governance Statement for 2015 have been published in Finnish and English on the Company’s website at www.exelcomposites.com.

The Annual Financial Report for the accounting period 1 January to 31 December 2015 includes the Board of Directors’ report, CEO review, the consolidated financial statements, the financial statements of the parent company, and the auditor’s report.
