EXEL COMPOSITES’ FINANCIAL CALENDAR AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2012
Exel Composites will publish its financial information in 2012 as follows:
Financial Statements 2011: Friday 17 February 2012 at approximately 9 a.m.
Annual Report 2011 in electronic format: Friday 9 March 2012
Interim Report January – March: Friday 4 May 2012 at approx. 9 a.m.
Interim Report January – June: Wednesday 25 July 2012 at approx. 10 a.m.
Interim Report January – September: Friday 26 October 2012 at approx. 9 a.m.
Exel Composites observes a two week-long silent period before the publication of financial statement bulletins and interim reports. During that period the Company organizes no IR meetings, nor does it issue any comments on its financial result.
Exel Composites Plc’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 29 March 2012 at 10.30 am at Kansallissali at Aleksanterinkatu 44, Helsinki, Finland. The meeting will be convened by the Company’s Board of Directors on 1 March 2012. According to the Finnish Companies Act, a shareholder may present a written request to the Company’s Board of Directors to place a matter on the agenda of the next General Meeting. A shareholder must declare his or her demands in writing to Exel Composites Plc’s Board of Directors on Wednesday 1 February 2012 at the latest by regular mail to Exel Composites Plc, Annual General Meeting, Mäkituvantie 5, 01510 Vantaa, Finland or by email to investor@exelcomposites.com.
