EXEL COMPOSITES’ FINANCIAL CALENDAR AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2014
Exel Composites will publish its financial information in 2014 as follows:
Financial Statements 2013: Wednesday 12 February 2014 at approximately 9 a.m.
Annual Report 2013 in electronic format: Thursday 6 March 2014
Interim Report January – March: Wednesday 7 May 2014 at approx. 9 a.m.
Interim Report January – June: Thursday 24 July 2014 at approx. 10 a.m.
Interim Report January – September: Tuesday 4 November 2014 at approx. 9 a.m.
Exel Composites observes a two week-long silent period before the publication of financial statement bulletins and interim reports. During that period the Company organizes no IR meetings, nor does it issue any comments on its financial result.
Exel Composites Plc’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 27 March 2014 at 10.30 am at Kansallissali at the address of Aleksanterinkatu 44, Helsinki, Finland. The meeting will be convened by the Company’s Board of Directors on 28 February 2014. According to the Finnish Companies Act, a shareholder may present a written request to the Company’s Board of Directors to place a matter on the agenda of the next General Meeting. A shareholder must declare his or her demands in writing to Exel Composites Plc’s Board of Directors on Friday 31 January 2014 at the latest by regular mail to Exel Composites Plc, Annual General Meeting, Mäkituvantie 5, 01510 Vantaa, Finland or by email to investor@exelcomposites.com.
