Flagging notification in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9 Section 5: SEB Asset Management S.A. holding in Exel Composites Plc exceeds 5 per cent

Exel Composites Plc (business ID 1067292-7) has today 25 November 2013 received a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of SEB Asset Management S.A. (business ID LU 15426629) has exceeded 5 per cent of the voting rights and share capital in Exel Composites Plc. 

Through share transactions concluded on 22 November 2013, the holding of SEB Asset Management is 1,000,000 shares, representing 8.4 per cent of the shares and voting rights of the Company.
