CHANGE IN THE DATE AND VENUE OF EXEL’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Depart from the date announced earlier, Exel Oyj will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 19 April 2007 at 10.00 am. The venue has also changed and the meeting will be held at Adams hall at Erottajankatu 15-17, Helsinki, Finland.
