EXEL OYJ’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND FINANCIAL CALENDAR IN 2007

Exel Oyj’ s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 17 April 2007 at 10.00 am at Scandic Marski Hotel at Mannerheimintie 10, Helsinki, Finland.

Exel will publish its financial statement bulletin on Thursday 22 February 2007 at approximately 11 am and its Annual Report on week 11.

In 2007 Exel will publish interim reports as follows:

- January – March on Wednesday 25 April 2007 at approx. 11 am
- January – June on Wednesday 25 July 2007 at approx. 11 am
- January – September on Tuesday 30 October 2007 at approx. 11 am

Stock exchange releases will be published in Finnish and in English. After publication the releases can be found on the Company’s website at www.exel.net.
