ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ELECTION COMMITTEE

The following members of the Election Committee are announced today:

Jan-Axel Näsman, Vidar Stenberg, Tommy Sundqvist and Reidar Östman.

The Election Committee will prepare the following proposals to be published in connection with the notice to attend the 2008 Annual General Meeting of C2SAT:

* Number of members of the Board of Directors

* Structure of the Board of Directors

* Remuneration of the Board of Directors plus any remuneration for committee work

* Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Annual General Meeting

Vidar Stenberg is the Chairman of the Election Committee.
