C2SAT QUALIFIES OPENAMIP™ INTERFACE WITH IDIRECT

Stockholm, Sweden, 14 March 2011 – C2SAT (NGM-Stock Exchange, C2ST), a supplier of maritime VSAT antenna systems, today announced that it has successfully qualified the interface between the C2SAT antenna controller and iDirect systems using the OpenAMIP™ protocol, in accordance with the process developed by iDirect.

"The C2SAT interface to OpenAMIP™ was first implemented early in 2010 and has been used in several installations since then. The qualification process implemented by iDirect provides a confirmation to our customers that our antennas will interact transparently in satellite networks using iDirect technology”, says Jan Otterling, Manager of Product Development at C2SAT.
