C2SAT’S STOCK OPTION RIGHT PROGRAM SUBSCRIBED TO 94,7 PERCENT

Stockholm, Sweden, 1 July 2009 – C2SAT (NGM-Stock Exchange, C2ST)

• 112 048 933 shares were subscribed in the stock option right program, which closed yesterday, the 30th of June 2009

• The amount subscribed equals approximately 94,7 percent of the total stock option rights program

• The issue will bring C2SAT proceeds of approximately 44,8 MSEK before issue costs

Through the stock option right program the total amount of outstanding shares in C2SAT will increase by 112 048 933 shares to 467 008 555 shares, each with a quotient value of 0,13 SEK. Consequently C2SAT’s share capital will increase by 14 566 361 SEK to 60 711 112 SEK. The issue will bring C2SAT proceeds of approximately 44,8 MSEK before issue costs.
