Droitwich-based Exmac Automation has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Adam Hartley as an Engineering Manager.

He will work with the company’s existing conveying and material handling customers in the automotive and aerospace industries and provide additional support as the company strengthens its presence in the logistics, food and nuclear sectors.

Adam has over 15 years materials handling experience, starting as an apprentice with a pharmaceutical company and progressing through design engineering roles and latterly as engineering manager with a bespoke materials handling company. He is enthusiastic about his move to Exmac which, as Britain’s leading conveying and material handling specialist, works predominately within highly-automated handling environments and offers new challenges and greater career opportunities.

Welcoming Adam to the team, managing director Gary Sweeney says that his experience and enthusiasm complement Exmac’s ambitions to provide excellent engineering support for its customer and maintain strong growth in existing and new markets.
