Tackle your first experience with a food truck festival like a champ!

5. Have a Gameplan

Play it like you’re in a strategic game show.  Definitely come with friends and family. Having a few must-have food items in mind, designate one group member to wait in line for food at each food truck you want something tasty from. Then, meet everyone back at a spot with each of your food finds to share the love. BAM! You’ve just had the deliciousness of more than one truck. Rinse with your favorite fest beverage. Repeat.

4. Pace Yourself

This event goes on for hours, with the trucks prepared to serve the masses. So don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to eat, especially with an awesomely convenient 2-day weekend pass! There will be great music, kid stuff and baseball on a big screen. Grab a drink, some great food… relax, enjoy and have fun!

3. Wear stretchy pants

Some of us have a special pair of pants to break out only for the classiest of eating occasions. We advise everyone to wear their eating pants, they’ll go great with a Texas Food Truckin’ Fest commemorative shirt! If you’re not into wearing pants, a skirt, kilt, kimono or dress also does the trick!

2. Bring Cash

AND your card! Having both handy may save you time at the truck you want to visit most.
