Eyeonid Group AB (publ) has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with EasyTelecom International AB

Eyeonid Group AB (Eyeonid Group) and EasyTelecom International AB (EasyTelecom) has signed a LOI regarding the sale of EyeOnID´s b2b (business to business) service to corporate customers.

EasyTelecom is a fixed and mobile phone operator, MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler), offering its customers a powerful communication solution that is extremely flexible. Their customers mainly consist of resellers and other operators / MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) with the main end customers being the SME market (Small and Medium-sized companies).

This LOI means that EasyTelecom plans to offer Eyeonid Group's service EyeOnID to its corporate customers.

The parties now broadly agree on the commercial terms and the general responsibility of the respective parties after which this LOI was signed, and the next step is a final commercial agreement that will be presented and commented from both parties in a separate press release.

The company's service monitors and alerts customers when sensitive, private and corporate digital information, such as login credentials, credit card numbers and social security numbers, are found at unauthorized sites on the internet, whereupon the customer can act and protect himself.
