Eyeonid Group AB (PUBL) signs a letter of intent with a leading Pan-European retail chain concerning Eyeonid’s ID-monitoring service.

Eyeonid Group AB (Eyeonid) have today signed a letter of intent with a leading Pan-European retail chain concerning sales of Eyeonid’s proactive ID-monitoring service, where Eyeonid will act as an enabler of the complete offering. Both Parties are keen to launch the offer as soon as possible, with a planned start several countries in parallel.

The intention is to launch the service during the fall in several pre-defined markets and after an evaluation of the outcome and the customer journey, launch is planned in further countries. The parties are currently discussing the commercial terms. The final negotiations and the expected agreement are expected to be agreed during August with a subsequent launch.
