Experienced new recruits at Fabege
Fabege is now strengthening its letting team and has recruited three letting agents, who will join the company this autumn. On 1 August, Johan Zachrisson also joined the company as the new Director of Business Development and Transactions, and as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Krister Lööw comes from Skanska Fastigheter in Stockholm, where he has been responsible for selling Skanska’s properties in locations such as Hammarby Sjöstad. He also has extensive experience of letting and sales from both AMF Fastigheter and CBRE.
Annika Eriksson is currently a senior letting agent at NCC Property Development, where she has worked on several office property projects in Hagastaden and Bromma. She also has extensive experience of commercial project properties from both Newsec and Skanska.
Linus Tillander currently works as a letting agent at Cushman & Wakefield and will focus on the city centre and Hammarby Sjöstad at Fabege. Linus also has experience from Novi Real Estate in Stockholm.
“We are very pleased to add these three people and their experience to the letting team. We will now be in an even better position to be an active partner for both existing and potential customers when they want to change and develop their offices, and to market many of the exciting projects in our portfolio”, comments Andreas Malmsäter, Letting Manager at Fabege.
