Fabege acquires an additional development property in Flemingsberg

Fabege has acquired part of Generatorn 2 from Skanska for SEK 60m.

The acquired part is today undeveloped and will be developed for commercial purposes.
Closing will take place after the zoning plan and building regulations have become legally binding.
