Fabege has signed a letter of intent regarding the letting of Nöten 4

The letter of intent covers the letting of all floor space in the property Nöten 4, which is located in Solna Strand.

The property’s total area amounts to approximately 66,000 sqm. The letter of intent shall be converted into a lease agreement during the third quarter of 2023 and occupancy is scheduled to commence in the middle of 2025.

More information will be provided in connection to signing of lease agreement.
