Fabege sells Harpan 51 property

Fabege has sold its Harpan 51 property on Gumhornsgatan/Linnégatan in Stockholm for SEK 142m. The buyer is Fastighets AB Kannan and the property is being sold as a company. The 4,660 m2 property mainly comprises theatre premises and residential space.

The occupancy date is 3 March 2010. The sale will result in a profit after tax of SEK 14m, which will be recognised in the first quarter of 2010.

“It’s an anomalous property for Fabege, so this sale is yet another step in our drive to concentrate our portfolio,” Christian Hermelin, Fabege’s CEO, says.
