Fabege sells Sadelplatsen 1 in Solna
Fabege has sold the property Sadelplatsen 1 in Solna to CapMan.
The property is located at Vallgatan 11 by Järva krog, and has housed an Audi car showroom for many years. It has 6,360 m2 of leasable floor space for car sales activities and offices, as well as a car park. The property is basically empty at the moment.
The sale will take place in the form of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 260 million, and will generate a pre-tax profit of SEK 43 million and a after-tax profit of SEK 52 million. The profit will be recognised in the fourth quarter.
The transfer will take place by 1 April 2021 at the latest.
