Fabege sells two leaseholds in Stockholm City

Fabege has sold the leasehold Duvan 6 to Mengus and the leasehold Lammet 17 to Slussgården. Duvan is located at Klara Södra Kyrkogata 1, and comprises lettable area of 9,670 sqm, consisting mainly of offices. Lammet is located at Korgmakargränd 2 and comprises lettable area of 6,790 sqm, (of which office/retail space accounts for 5,660 sqm and storage space for 1,130 sqm).

The sales will occur in the form of a company at a total underlying property value of SEK 853m and will generate profit before tax of SEK 25m and SEK 48m after tax, which will be recognised in the second quarter of 2014.
