Fabege signs a lease with Egmont in Arenastaden, Solna

Egmont Tidskrifter has signed an eight-year lease concerning approximately 4,500 sqm of office premises in the Farao 20 property, Pyramidvägen 7, Arenastaden. Egmont will move into the premises on 1 January 2011. The approximately 7,300 sqm property including the garage area is fully let.
