Fabege signs a new additional agreement with the ICA Group
ICA Gruppen AB has signed a new 12-year agreement to rent the remaining area in the Signal 3 property. This rental agreement means that the property has now been fully rented out to ICA Group before it is even completed. The total annual rental value for the additional agreement amounts to approximately SEK 16m. The tenant will move in during the first quarter of 2019.
The new rental agreement, as is the case with the existing agreement, is a so-called Green rental agreement, as a result of which both contractual partners strive to establish resource-efficient and environmentally smart operational solutions, and the building will be environmentally certified pursuant to BREEAM Excellent.
Signalen 3 is located by the Signalbron bridge, near the Mall of Scandinavia, Friends Arena and Solna Station.
