New Head of Transactions at Fabege
Henrik Bauer has been appointed Head of Transactions at Fabege. He comes most recently from a role as Investment Manager at NCC Property Development and previously also worked at Newsec and JLL.
Henrik will be strategically and operationally responsible for the Transaction, Valuation and Analysis Department within the Business Development Team at Fabege, and will identify business opportunities in the market, thereby realising value and creating opportunities for continued growth.
“Henrik has many years of excellent experience in similar business roles. His unassuming and business-oriented personality will be a great fit at Fabege and really benefit us,” comments Johan Zachrisson, Head of Business Development at Fabege.
Henrik joins the company at a time when it is particularly important to be able to monitor and understand developments in the business environment in terms of interest rates, access to finance, yield requirements, market rents and cost trends relating to energy and construction, as well as predicting which locations, products and services will be in demand in the rental market. One of Henrik’s tasks will therefore be to develop the department into an even more pronounced knowledge centre for market data at Fabege.

Henrik Bauer will start his new role in June 2022.
