Redemption price established for shares in Fabege Fastigheter Stockholm AB (previously Fabege AB)

The Arbitration Board has established the redemption price that Fabege AB shall pay for the redeemed shares in Fabege Fastigheter Stockholm AB (previously Fabege AB). The redemption price is SEK 114.30 per share, which is in accordance with Fabege's claim. Interest of SEK 8.32 per share will also be paid. Payment will take place on 22 September 2006.
