Fabege has recently signed a number of large new leases, including several in properties that form part of the company’s project portfolio. The unemployment benefit fund of Unionen, a Swedish trade union (Lammet 17 at Bryggargatan-Gamla Brogatan), Tiger and Tempur (Läraren 13 on Norra Bantorget) and the Diocese of Stockholm (Duvan 6 at Klara Södra Kyrkogata) are some of the companies and organisations that have signed rental agreements with Fabege in the last month. These four contracts cover 8,000 m2 of floor space and have an annual contract value of SEK 27 million excluding supplements.

“The year has got off to a very good start, and the rental market in Stockholm’s inner city remains strong. We are very pleased with the high rate of lettings in our project properties”, says Christian Hermelin, Fabege’s CEO.
