Tax judgments not before the autumn

Fabege has been informed that the Administrative Court of Appeal is not ready to issue a judgment in Fabege’s tax cases before the summer, as was previously communicated. The Administrative Court of Appeal is not expected to be able to announce its decision before 30 September 2013.
