The Tax Agency moves

Fabege has today been informed that the Swedish Tax Agency intends to move to new premises with access at the end of 2021.

Fabege's lease agreement with the Tax Agency for the property Nöten 4 expires in autumn 2020. The annual rent amounts to just over SEK 100 million.
