July Dividend Successfully Distributed by Fable Media Group

Fable Media Group AB (the “Company”) announces that the dividend of SEK 0.20 per share, resolved at the Annual General Meeting held on 22 June 2026, has today been successfully distributed to shareholders through Euroclear Sweden.

The total distribution amounted to approximately SEK 6.8 million and is in line with the Company’s strategy of distributing quarterly dividends. Together with the previous dividends, the four distributions combined amount to SEK 0.65 per share, corresponding to approximately 81% of the Group’s net profit for the twelve-month period April 2025 – March 2026.
