Fagerhult has completed the acquisition of Eagle Lighting Group in Australia

In order to further strengthen its international growth and strong position in the Global Lighting Industry and to create a platform for growth in the Australian market, Fagerhult has today completed the acquisition of the Australian Lighting Group, Eagle Lighting. The acquisition will have a positive effect on the full year profit per share in 2007.

"With this acquisition we further strengthen our position in the Global Lighting industry and in the fast growing Australian market", says Per Borgvall, CEO Fagerhult.
"The Eagle Lighting Group is a specialist company with its core business in the Professional Lighting segment, which is a perfect fit to Fagerhults strategic objective to grow in this market segment".

The company is headquartered and with a small production unit in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and has sales offices in Sydney and Brisbane. The business has a healthy profit, growth momentum and a well established position in the Australian market with a sales turnover in excess of m20 AUD (110 MSEK) and 65 employees. The acquisition will have a positive effect on the full year profit per share in 2007.
